These terms govern use of the Dhanda application and this website. By using the app, the store and its staff accept them.
These terms are an agreement between Advista Marketing (P) Ltd ("we", "us") and the business that uses Dhanda ("you", "the store"). If you accept these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Dhanda is software for running a retail store: recording sales and returns, managing inventory and purchases, and keeping books that support GST filing. It is a record-keeping and billing tool.
Dhanda is not a bank, payment aggregator, or tax adviser. Card and UPI payments are completed in the payment provider's own application. We do not hold, settle or guarantee your funds, and we do not certify that your returns are correct.
You agree not to:
We may suspend an account that presents a security risk or is used in breach of these terms.
Dhanda is currently offered as a pilot. That means:
Dhanda is currently free of charge. Paid subscription plans may be offered later. If they are, the plan, price, billing period and features will be shown before you subscribe, and you choose the plan.
Subscriptions billed through Google Play are charged, cancelled and refunded under Google Play's payment rules and any applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless Google Play or law requires otherwise. Ending a subscription does not by itself delete store operational data; see Delete Account.
You own the store data you put into Dhanda. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend keeping your own periodic exports of records you are legally required to retain. You can request deletion as described on the Delete Account page.
The software, brand and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the pilot period. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using Dhanda at any time. We may end a pilot engagement on reasonable notice. On termination we will make data available for retrieval for a limited period, after which it may be deleted, subject to records we must retain by law.
We may update these terms as the product develops. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Questions about these terms can be raised through the contact form or at support-dhanda@advistaltd.com. Grievance Officer: Mohammed Ismail, grievances@advistaltd.com (response within 48–96 hours).
